Perfect Laser's nameplate imprinter (PEYY-100)Industrial grade X-Y scanning system is driven by computer and special control system,control its operation. The signage on the small slide of the industrial grade X-Y scanning system therefore moves accordingly in the X-Y plane.At the same time, the control system selects characters by controlling the rotation of the font plate, and makes the head press the font by pneumatic system and lever mechanism. Three dimensional convex characters can be embossed on the sign by clamping the sign between a specially made pair of concave and convex fonts. Because of the computer control, software editing can be in the correct position on the sign imprint any character within the range of the font plate.
