Mix Cutting Co2 Laser Cutting Machine can be used to cut both metal and non-metal material, so we call it mix laser cutting. It is a special laser cutting machine for metal and non-metal.
The laser cutting machine for metal's cutting thickness can reach 1-2mm stainless steel, 1-3mm carbon steel and mild steel, 20-30mm acrylic and plastic, 10-20mm wood, 1-10mm MDF.
This machine is newly designed model to meet the increased requirements of using
co2 laser tube to cut both metal and nonmetal materials.It has special designed machine structure and laser head,with the help of the oxygen gas,to obtain good metal and nonmrtal cutting result.compared with some other laser use only for metal cutting like fiber,YAG,this machine has large cutting material area,and more reasonable price,it is a good choice for all the customers who want to do cross industry business.
Application
Materials can be engraved:
Acrylic, wood, MDF, plastic, bamboo, rubber, PVC board, etc.
Materials can be cut:
1-2mm stainless steel, 1-3mm carbon steel, 1-30mm acrylic, plastic, rubber, PVC,1-15mm wood, MDF, plywood, bamboo, foam, EVA, etc.Features:
1. The super high photo-electric conversion efficiency can be up to about 30%. So the laser cutting machine for metal runs with the lowest power consumption compared to other laser cutting machines under output power. The cutting lost is the lowest.
2. With laser beam of good quality from high power laser tube, the focus spot is super fine, and the cutting seam is very smooth. Then the efficiency can be higher, and the quality is better.
3. The light path is totally composed of fiber laser and fiber laser units, which are combined together based on cable splicing technology. And the whole light path is enclosed in fiber laser wave guide.
4. No laser working gas and can start cutting just by blowing air.
5. The efficiency is very stable and reliable, and you have no need to adjust the light path. So it is easy to operate and maintain the machine.
6. The laser cutting machine for metal costs little water and energy. And the machine requires no gas. So the running cost is lower.
