1. The auto fabric cutting machine adopts Integrated frame design, processed by a 540° high-temperature stress annealing process for 12 hours.
2.The track mounting surface and the support surface of the bristle feeding mechanism, both processed by the large CNC gantry milling machine, ensures the accuracy of installation and improve the stability of the drive components during high-speed motion.
3.The XY axis of the fabric cutter adopts a precision gear rack drive, which increases both accuracy and stability.
4.The one-piece open mold beam is made of high-strength industrial aluminum extrusion molding, processed by a high-precision CNC gantry milling machine, improving stability and enhancing aesthetics.
5.The filter structure of vacuum pump improves the safety and lifetime of the air pump and also reduces the environmental impact of cutting beds.
