2. This acrylic heat bender is equipped with a water circulation cooling system, featuring far-infrared heating tubes and an internal water circulation system for quick heat dissipation and cooling.
3. The temperature can reach up to 600°C, allowing for rapid bending. For boards up to 5 mm thick, the temperature controller can be set to maximum for faster heating. Bending time for 3 mm thick boards is only 15 seconds.
4. Adjustable heating gap: the heating width can be adjusted to match the thickness of the acrylic board, within a range of 0-20mm.
5. Long service life: the far-infrared quartz tube heating system has a lifespan of up to 5,000 hours.
