Product Description of Laser Welding Machine:
The plastic laser welding machine developed by Perfect Laser adopts the quasi-synchronous "laser transmission welding" method, equipped with a special large-diameter high-speed laser scanning galvanometer, a high-power with high-beam quality laser. Fully utilize laser energy to achieve optimal welding efficiency.
During the welding, the material is melted along the entire welding line, the plastic laser welding machine part is welded almost simultaneously along the weld. The laser continuously provides energy until the specified welding requirements are met.
Moreover, a high precision penetration measuring device can be attached to qualitatively and accurately evaluate the results of the welding process.
Machine Features of Laser Welding Machine:
1. The laser beam can control the deflection scanning in the X and Y directions according to the graphic data, achieving maximum scanning speed of up to 2000mms. The welding efficiency and welding reliability is high, and the precision welding is realized.
2. During the welding process, the product does not need to move. The whole welding line is plasticized simultaneously, and the welding depth is controllable.
3. The laser plastic welding machine's welding penetration measurement component can be selected to accurately control the welding penetration and ensure the effectiveness of the welding.
4. The digital programming precision of the scanning trajectory is high, ensuring flexible control.It's suitable for components up to 200mmx200mm.
Compared with ultrasonic welding, The laser plastic welding machine significantly reduces mold cost and is economical.
