                        Double Heads Fabric Auto Feeding Laser Engraver and Cutter
 

Introduction
Perfect Laser, the first domestic manufacturer of automatic laser carving machine. PEDK-13090A auto feeding laser carving machine is developed by Perfect Laser for Co2 laser cutting and engraving of long-processed workpieces such as fabrics, leathers and carpets. Equipped with an automatic reeling system, the entire fabric can be processed at one time, eliminating the need for manual intervention in the middle and saving time.

Product Features:
Double head mode is developed by our company to solve the problem of heavy processing volume demanding with tight processing time, which has the advantages of high-efficiency and low-input. The series products have obtained national patent protection. Its features are: Two laser head can simultaneously carving and cutting, but also can work seperately. Besides, the laser power can be controlled seperately. Two laser head position can be relative adjusted at will.


Double head laser machines can act both following two functions:
Large-scope cutting with single laser head
High efficient small scope cutting by double laser head.

Therefore, the production flexibility is greatly strengthened and its adaption is more extensive. So it can fundamentally solve the problems of massive production of single head laser machine can not meet, and make massive production become a reality and filled the gap of the industry.
