Product Introduction of die bending machine:
The PEC-100 automatic bending machine for blades can work with die board cutting machine, for bending the blade embedded in the die board.
This auto blade bending machine mainly consists of a feeding shaft, a bending shaft and a cutting shaft.
The feeding shaft feeds the blade forward and backward where the bending shaft then bends the blade clockwise or counterclockwise, lastly the cutting shaft punches out the blade in shape of bridge, straight cut, eagle mouth or blade cut. This whole process is controlled by a computer.
The launching of steel rule auto bender has made significant contributions to the printing, packaging, food, cartons, stickers and many other industries.
