This double-bridge manual glass cutting machine is designed for high-precision and high-efficiency straight glass cutting. It supports glass cutting from 150×150mm to 2500×2000mm and is equipped with multiple adjustable knife boxes, which is efficient in cutting and easy to operate. Batch cutting can be easily achieved by adjusting the knife frame spacing.
Machine Features:
1. Multi blade cutting with high efficiency, manual glass cutter suitable for batch cutting of square and rectangular glass panels.
2. The cutting process is done manually.
3. The distance between the cutting boxes can be manually adjusted by adjusting the spacing between the knife holders, and then pushing the horizontal and vertical bridge frames to start batch cutting.
4. Air blowing and suction devices can be equipped as needed.
5. The conventional desktop material is wooden board+felt, while other materials such as resin, imitation leather, metal, marble can be customized according to needs.

2. Application Materials
The manual glass cutting machine can perform straight-line cutting on ordinary float glass, borosilicate glass, soda-lime glass, crystalline silicon glass, and microcrystalline glass. It is especially good at processing ultra-thin glass for liquid crystal display panels, such as ITO, TFT-LCD, OGS, etc. (OLED glass requires a specially customized marble countertop).
