Product Description of CNC Router Machine :
PEM-4040 3D CNC router is with high-speed main spindle, cooling of water circulation, mini 3D CNC router has little noise and pollution. The engine bed of 3D CNC router is made from pure aluminum, which ensures the parallelism,vertical and greatly increases the precision and speed of the engine bed. The mini CNC milling machine is applied in cutting of kneading board of large size and making of large-scale relief and label.
Product Application of CNC Router Machine :
Perfect Laser standby type mini CNC routers are widely used advertising, seals processing, handcrafts, special instruments processing, little moulds processing, etc. And the engraver can engrave kinds of metal or nonmetal stuff, such as: iron engraving,iron cutting, copper engraving, copper cutting ,aluminum engraving, aluminum cutting, plastic engraving, plastic cutting ,wood engraving, wood cutting .etc.
Main Features of CNC Router Machine :
1. X, Y, Z axis use imported ball bearing guide screws. CNC router milling machine's precise and fast. Even the letters of 1mm can be clearly discernible. The small-power machine uses large-power main spindle, 3D CNC router is an suitable product for manufacturing construction models, labels and moulds in batches.
2. High speed calculation. The mini CNC router engraver uses DSP64 contouring control system and FPGA technology which can continually and smoothly run the three axes with high speed. It has the ability of calculation of 5000 vector/s.
3. Steady data transmission. 3D CNC router uses ISA/IP DNC/IP technology straight association, and the 3D CNC router can associate the machine without interruption, no limitation of the amount of the document.
4. Double-nut guide screw. The mini CNC router engraver uses Germany-imported high-precision ball bearing guide screw which can eliminate cracks automatically. Coordinated with the imported shaft coupling, and the 3D CNC router can realize precise control. The mini CNC router engraver uses straight line guide rail (cylinder or square), which can ensure the working life.
5. Own big internal memory capacity of 32M, enable machine to store 30 processing files simultaneously and open or process any of them.
