1. Applicable Material:
PEQD-100 Pin marking machine is used for marking on falt work-pieces.
Pin Marking Machine Application scope:
It is applicable for the fields of automobile, motorcycle, mechanism, petroleum, aeronautical and space, electric apparatus and suitable for markings on steel, metal, nonmetal and plastic materials.
Normally it is mainly used on mass marking on petrol pipe and automobile crankshaft.
2. Product Features:
1). It looks luxury and beautiful with fully block-out electrical controlling cabinet. And the design of block-out controlling cabinet benefits from damp-proof, dust-proof, shake-proof, and has a strong ability to adapt to wicked working environment.
2). The marking head is hanging on the rock-arm of the unit through a balance device. It can move into any target location of the work piece s under CNC controlling.
3). Controlled by computer, with the easy-to operate WINDOWS system, JIAXIN Laser's professional marking software has a wide application and can operate under WINDOWS 98/2000/XP.
4). Powerful edit function. It can mark any logo (character, letter and graph, data code, series number, VIN code, engine numbers) automatically.
5). It can support logos and graphs designed in DXF format from AutoCAD, CorelDraw.
6). It support multi-kinds font: MG Font, SHX Font in Auto CAD, CHR in Borland, TTF in Windows.
7). Marking contents could be saved automatically and not be destroyed during power-off of the machine.
8). It can be used online to share the database and data transmission with other equipment, such as match with electronic scales, bar code machinery, leak detectors and other equipment.
3. Performance characteristic:
1). The component "marking needle" of our equipment is made up by precision mould and molding for once. Its' excellent processing ability during work ensures the accuracy of high-speed marking & can make perfect marks on the work-pieces. While other's marking needle is produced separately & assembled afterwards, that will weaken the marking accuracy.
2). The planar working platform of JIAXIN LASER, applied by industrial material that made up by compact pressing and extending techniques, providing lots of virtues, such as: Portably, good-looking, little-distortion, high quality-price rate, etc., recently it was widely used in mechanism structures in many developed countries. JIAXIN LASER introduced it in the configuration of our own equipment & made them became harmony & nice looking.
3). The key component "marking needle", moves on the imported "beeline-move tracking-guide", can automatically lubricate & air-proof as well as dust-proof. Therefore, it guarantees the equipment with long-time stable performance & high accuracy. While other's product only use "glide tracking-guide" or "beeline-move orbit-guide without dust-proof device", thus, the marking needle is easy to wear-off after certain time using & makes the accuracy drops during marking.
4). JIAXIN LASER's DOT Peen marking machine adopts imported DOT Peen components, for example: The high-speed valve is made by American MAC Company. Its' using time could reach 0.1-0.2 billion times.
5). The key component "marking needle" is made by imported hard alloy. By using particular machining techniques, the rigidity of the marking needle now can reach -- 92HRA. It can be marked on various kinds of labels & accessories as well as many high-rigidity materials such as bearings & gears. The usage life of the marking needle is twice time than other products.
6). The key component "positioning switch" of JIAXIN LASER's DOT Peen marking machine is made by Japan OMRON Company with high accuracy & steadily performance.
