Industry application
Laser online marking machines are widely used in food, beverage, alcohol, electronic components, handicrafts, chemical and industrial building materials, cables, card printing and other products. They're used to mark expiry date, batch number, shift, bar code, manufacturer's name and logo, etc.. They can mark on metal, plate coating layer on metal surface, PVC, PET, ABS, PP and PS, etc..

Working principle
When the marked product goes through the laser marking machine on the production line, the photoelectric sensor gives a trigger signal. At the same time, the marking software obtains the current speed of production line by high-speed encoder and automatically amends and compensates for the marking pattern. The laser and galvanometer controlled by bus board emit light according to the corrected pattern to mark the online product accurately.

High-precision photoelectric sensor bears high sensitivity detection to the target, which can effectively avoid information omitted and mistaken etc..

Software features:
It uses hardware DSP chip card and can finish calculation in 1us and real-time positioning in 10us, which ensures no omission and no deformation in high-speed flight;
It uses LINUX kernel and its operating system is cleaner and safer, and not easy to be poisoned and suddenly interrupted;
The  optimum graphics optimizes marking path control algorithm. When using the same laser power and galvanometer, it spends less time to mark, and make production line faster and more efficient.
When printing movable words in high speed, it supports double Buffer and mark without delay;
Under the inductive mode of external sensor, it can memorize 16 sets of trigger position, which makes the trigger switch position more flexible and it provides intelligent omission detection to prevent omissions, improving  efficiency;
It can realize not to mark on the intersection of words and graphic, which can effectively avoid overlap. And the words with intersections are specially dealt with, which improves the marking speed;
It supports super long text (it can edit 16-meter text and graphics and control paragraph space of marked content better);
The marking content is more comprehensive which includes common graphs (point, line, circle, rectangle, etc.), fixed text, movable text (serial number, date, shift, random number, txt), vector graphics (dxf, plt, dot), and bar code (one / two-dimensional code, movable text rules);
